I love social bookmarking! I now can go to one place and see all my favorite websites. I am going to stop adding to favorites and bookmarks and add new websites to delicious. I have have set up categories for professional and personal use. If I want websites about libraries or even different college websites, I have tagged those with library. I think this week’s topic was great and it will certainly make my life easier in the long run.

I have had a lot fun learning about blogs and RSS feeds. I have always seen the icon for RSS but never really had the time to investigate what it does. I have subscribed to four RSS feeds, one of which I found for my book group on african-american authors. The url is http://www.amazon.com/gp/forum/rss/thread/Tx1A2KGNBY5BT99 .

I think it I could use this blog to tell about any new developments I have heard about in the library field or new things happening in the library where I work. I would also hope to hear from other librarians on what happening in their neck of the woods.
